Welcome to Rainbow Remote, the conference where we don’t just talk about the future of remote work, we build it, in all its vibrant colors. This is the conference that puts the LGBTQIA+ community (and allies) front and center.
Why are we doing this? Because we’re tired of echo chambers and recycled conversations that have dominated the stages in our field. Tired of promises to diversify the lineup. We decided we’d build a new stage.
We’re on a mission to amplify underrepresented voices in the digital & travel realms. To bring their stories, realities, celebrations, struggles, and practical action steps to the forefront, not only for us, but for all.

- Diversity & Inclusion: We’re going beyond the buzzwords. Expect powerful conversations that propel us towards truly inclusive workspaces.

Travel for BIPOC & LGBTQ+: Wanderlust isn’t one-size-fits-all. We’re diving into the unique challenges and joys that BIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals face when globetrotting for work or leisure.

Remote Company Policies and Culture: From setting up anti-discriminatory guidelines to creating cultures of belonging—let’s take acrions that strengthen our teams and impact.

The Universal Remote Experience: Of course, we’ll also cover the topics that unite us all, from mastering time zones, digital nomad visas, PTO, team leadership, to entrepreneurship and working in your PJs!
- Definitely Not a Drag: While this one day conference will be jam-packed with heaps of inspo and new knowledge, we’re planning on an after-conference drag brunch among other fun activities to make friends that’ll last a lifetime!
